The 1st Annual Gingerbread Houses In the Pines will take place at 6:00 PM on Friday, December 5th, 2025. For individuals wanting to build their very own gingerbread house to take home, the cost is $75.00 and includes dinner. Registration includes 2 people. For each additional decorator, it will cost $25.00 for an adult and $15.00 for a child under the age of 12.
The 1st Annual Gingerbread Houses In the Pines Team Competition will take place at 6:00 PM on Friday, December 5th, 2025. There are 6 categories: attorneys, automobile dealers, banks, heavy machinery dealers & wealth management. Each team will have one hour and 30 minutes to build their masterpiece. Judges will award the winner in each category with a trophy. The cost is $500 per team and up to 4 participants can be on each team. If any organization wants to have over 4 participants, they are welcome to add an additional team.
